These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Infinite Wellness ("we," "us," or "our"), a chiropractic and wellness clinic located in Raleigh, North Carolina. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES

Infinite Wellness provides chiropractic care, wellness consultations, and related health services. Our services are intended for general wellness and do not constitute a substitute for emergency medical care.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of services.

PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to: provide accurate and complete health information; notify us of any changes to your health status or medications; follow the treatment plan recommended by your provider; and treat staff with respect and courtesy.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Chiropractic and wellness services provided by Infinite Wellness are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. You are encouraged to consult with your primary care physician for serious medical conditions. Results may vary from patient to patient.

PAYMENT AND INSURANCE

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept most major insurance plans. It is your responsibility to verify your coverage before receiving services. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

PRIVACY

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
